Ingredients:

For Brownies:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas, mashed

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

For the Brownies:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the Brownie Batter:
    • In a large bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, softened butter, and eggs until the mixture becomes creamy.

    • Add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and blend for 1 minute.

    • Whisk in the powdered sugar one cup at a time, adding milk as needed to reach the desired thickness.
    • Add vanilla extract.
  2. Frost the Brownies:

    • Smooth the frosting over the brownies using a spatula, butter knife, or frosting spatula.
