Boil chicken in rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups minute rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Chicken pieces (bone-in or boneless)

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Baking Dishes:
    • Spray baking dishes with nonstick spray.
  3. Mix Rice and Soups:
    • In a bowl, mix minute rice with cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and cream of celery soups.
  4. Arrange Chicken:
    • Place the chicken pieces on top of the rice and soup mixture.
  5. Cover and Bake:
    • Cover the baking dish with foil.
  6. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes.
  7. Serve:
    • Once done, remove from the oven. Serve the boiled chicken and rice bake hot. Enjoy!
