Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- Chicken pieces (bone-in or boneless)
Directions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Baking Dishes:
- Spray baking dishes with nonstick spray.
- Mix Rice and Soups:
- In a bowl, mix minute rice with cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and cream of celery soups.
- Arrange Chicken:
- Place the chicken pieces on top of the rice and soup mixture.
- Cover and Bake:
- Cover the baking dish with foil.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes.
- Serve:
- Once done, remove from the oven. Serve the boiled chicken and rice bake hot. Enjoy!
