If you’re looking for a simple and incredibly delicious biscuit recipe, look no further! These 7-Up Biscuits are a delightful combination of Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up soda, resulting in soft, fluffy biscuits with a hint of sweetness. Plus, with just four ingredients and minimal prep time, they’re a breeze to make. Here’s how:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 7-Up
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up. Mix until well combined. The dough will be very soft, but don’t worry, that’s perfectly normal.
  2. Knead the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough gently and fold it over itself until it’s coated with Bisquick mix. Be careful not to overwork the dough; you want to maintain its soft texture.
  3. Shape the Biscuits: Pat the dough out to about 1/2-inch thickness. Using a round biscuit or cookie cutter, cut out biscuits from the dough.
  4. Prepare the Baking Dish: Melt the butter in the bottom of a cookie sheet pan or a 9×13 casserole dish. Make sure the melted butter coats the bottom evenly.
  5. Assemble and Bake: Place the cut biscuits on top of the melted butter in the baking dish. Ensure they’re spaced out evenly.
  6. Bake: Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Once the biscuits are golden and fluffy, remove them from the oven. Serve them warm and enjoy the deliciousness!
