REESE’S PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING COOKIES

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candy
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and instant vanilla pudding. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract and honey until well combined.
  6. Reduce the mixer speed to low and gradually add the flour mixture. Beat until just combined.
  7. Stir in the peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces candy, and chocolate chips (if using), until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  8. Roll about 1 tablespoon of dough into a 1-inch ball between your palms, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten the dough balls slightly with your hand or the back of a spoon.
  9. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Enjoy these delicious peanut butter pudding cookies with a glass of milk or your favorite beverage!
