Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no pink remains; drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, frozen vegetables, tomato soup, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Gently fold in the cooked noodles until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
