- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Mini chocolate chips, to taste
- Peanut Butter M&M’s, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
- Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and instant vanilla pudding mix to the butter mixture. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Add the eggs to the mixture, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips and a desired amount of Peanut Butter M&M’s into the cookie dough.
- Scoop or roll the dough into balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Press a couple of extra M&M’s on top of each dough ball for a more colorful appearance.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden brown.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
