These Avocado Tacos are a delicious and low-carb way to enjoy taco flavors. Here’s how to make them:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 Packet of taco seasoning
- ½ Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Shredded taco blend cheese
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- 4 tbsp Salsa
- ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
- 2 Ripe avocados
Instructions:
- Heat the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove. Cook until the meat is completely browned, and the onions have softened.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and stir the meat to combine, ensuring it’s well seasoned.
- Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh from the inside of the avocados, creating a hollow space for the taco filling.
- Fill the avocado shells with the seasoned taco meat.
- Top each stuffed avocado half with shredded taco blend cheese.
- Add a dollop of sour cream on top of each avocado taco.
- Spoon some salsa over the sour cream for added flavor.
- Garnish the avocado tacos with chopped green onions.
- Serve and enjoy these delicious and keto-friendly Avocado Tacos!
