AVOCADO TACOS

These Avocado Tacos are a delicious and low-carb way to enjoy taco flavors. Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Packet of taco seasoning
  • ½ Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded taco blend cheese
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • 4 tbsp Salsa
  • ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
  • 2 Ripe avocados

Instructions:

  1. Heat the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove. Cook until the meat is completely browned, and the onions have softened.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and stir the meat to combine, ensuring it’s well seasoned.
  4. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh from the inside of the avocados, creating a hollow space for the taco filling.
  5. Fill the avocado shells with the seasoned taco meat.
  6. Top each stuffed avocado half with shredded taco blend cheese.
  7. Add a dollop of sour cream on top of each avocado taco.
  8. Spoon some salsa over the sour cream for added flavor.
  9. Garnish the avocado tacos with chopped green onions.
  10. Serve and enjoy these delicious and keto-friendly Avocado Tacos!
