Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 2 cans of tomato soup
  • 3 cups of cheese (any will work)
  • 1 pound of shells

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. While the beef is cooking, prepare the shells according to the package instructions. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, tomato soup, cooked shells, and half of the cheese. Add some reserved pasta water to help mix everything together.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
