Ingredients:
- 250 grams of chicken breast
 - 100 grams of rice
 - 1 potato
 - 2 carrots
 - 2 tomatoes
 - ½ onion
 - 1 clove garlic
 - 1 liter of water
 - Olive oil
 - Salt
 
Preparation:

- Place the chicken breast in a pot with enough water. Add the chopped onion, garlic clove, and a pinch of salt. Also, add the potatoes and carrots.
 - Heat a frying pan with olive oil and add the peeled and chopped tomatoes along with a little more garlic. Season with salt and fry.
 - Add the fried tomatoes to the pot when the water starts to boil.
 - Add the rice to the pot and let it cook over low heat for the next 20-25 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and serve this delicious chicken broth with rice using a ladle.
