Cinnamon Apple Pie Cake with Glaze

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 1 package white cake mix (2 layer)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1-1 1/2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, ground cinnamon, sour cream, eggs, and water until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spoon the apple pie filling over the batter, covering the entire surface.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  5. Once cooled, make the glaze by mixing confectioners’ sugar and milk.
  6. Drizzle the glaze over the cake.
