Classic Deviled Eggs

Description: These classic deviled eggs are a timeless appetizer, perfect for brunches or parties. They are simple to make and always a crowd-pleaser. With a creamy filling flavored with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garnished with paprika and chopped chives, they are sure to disappear quickly!

Ingredients:

  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs (cooled and peeled)
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise (or regular for Keto)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Paprika (for garnish)
  • Kosher salt and fresh black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Instructions:

  1. Use the Stove Top Hard Boiled Egg cooking method or the Instant Pot Hard Boiled Egg method to cook your eggs.
  2. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and put them in a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mash until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a plastic bag, snip the corner, and pipe it into the egg whites.
  5. Top with chopped chives and a sprinkle of paprika.
  6. Serve and enjoy these delicious classic deviled eggs!

Note: You can customize these deviled eggs by adding ingredients such as pickle relish or hot sauce to the filling for extra flavor variations.
