Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) Can of Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Loaf of French Bread, sliced in the middle then the middle of the bread hulled
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prepare:
    • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Cheese and Crab:
    • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded Colby Jack cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese until well combined.
    • Mix in the crab meat until evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture.
  3. Prepare Bread:
    • Place the French loaf bread onto the prepared cookie sheet.
    • Hollow out the middle of the bread, creating a cavity to fill with the crab mixture.
  4. Fill and Bake:
    • Fill the hollowed-out bread with the crab mixture, spreading it evenly.
