Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz) Can of Crab Meat
- 1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Loaf of French Bread, sliced in the middle then the middle of the bread hulled
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Cheese and Crab:
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded Colby Jack cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese until well combined.
- Mix in the crab meat until evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture.
- Prepare Bread:
- Place the French loaf bread onto the prepared cookie sheet.
- Hollow out the middle of the bread, creating a cavity to fill with the crab mixture.
- Fill and Bake:
- Fill the hollowed-out bread with the crab mixture, spreading it evenly.
