  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the potatoes and toss again until they are well coated with the seasoning.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are separated as much as possible.
