Ingredients:
- 2 pounds good-quality steak (such as ribeye), cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 10 small button mushrooms
- 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 5 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a bowl, combine the extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), salt, black pepper, minced garlic, onion powder, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Marinate the Steak:
- Place the steak pieces into a heavy-duty resealable bag.
- Pour the marinade into the bag with the steak.
- Seal the bag and massage it gently to coat the steak evenly with the marinade.
- Allow the steak to marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Brown the Potatoes:
- In a well-oiled hot pan, lightly brown the potato pieces on all sides.
- Set aside once they’re browned.
- Prepare the Asparagus:
- Toss the asparagus with a bit of salt, pepper, and EVOO.
- Grill the asparagus for about 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Prepare the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and brush it with EVOO to prevent sticking.
- Assemble the Kabobs:
- Thread the marinated steak, onion, pepper, and browned potato alternately onto skewers.
- Grill the Kabobs:
- Grill the kabobs for about 3 minutes on each side for medium-well steak, or until your desired level of doneness is achieved.

- Remove the steak kabobs from the grill and serve immediately.
