Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tsp minced onion, dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 large tortillas, 10 to 12 inches
  • Lettuce
  • Cheese (shredded or sliced American)
  • Tomato slices
  • Mustard

Instructions:

First Step:

  1. Crumble and brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain the grease from the pan.
  2. Add Worcestershire Sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, and minced onion to the ground beef.

Second Step:

  1. Grill the tortillas until they’re slightly browned, then unroll them and place a strip of cheese down the center of each tortilla.
  2. Add a couple of heaping spoonfuls of the ground beef mixture on top of the cheese.

Third Step:

  1. Drizzle some mustard on the ground beef.
  2. Add a couple of slices of tomato.
  3. Roll the tortilla up, burrito-style.

Fourth Step:

  1. Place each rolled-up tortilla onto the grill to heat up the tortilla, turning it a half turn every minute.
  2. Flip and grill the other side the same way.

Fifth Step:

  1. When ready to serve, carefully remove the tortilla from the grill, carefully unroll, and add some shredded lettuce.
  2. Roll the tortilla back up and enjoy!
