Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pound 100% lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 medium head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped

- 1 cup Catalina dressing

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and taco seasoning to the skillet. Cook until the beef is well-done, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Remove any excess fat, then allow the meat to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, chopped tomato, crushed Doritos, and cooled cooked meat.
- Pour the Catalina dressing over the salad ingredients.
- Toss the salad until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Serve the taco salad with optional garnishes such as sour cream and guacamole on top.
