Ingredients:

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 12 unbaked tart shells

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Place the unbaked tart shells on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Carefully pour the maple pecan filling into each tart shell, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
