Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (3/4 cheddar, 1/4 mozzarella)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in seasoned salt, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread the mixture in the pie plate.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the beef.
- In a small bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and Bisquick. Ensure there are as few lumps as possible. Pour the mixture over the meat.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
