Mouth Shortbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whip softened butter until fluffy.
  3. Stir in confectioners’ sugar, cornstarch, and flour.
  4. Beat on low for 1 minute, then on high for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes; avoid excessive browning.
  7. Cool on wire racks.
