Ingredients:
- 1 large can of sliced peaches, drained
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup of sugar
- Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In an 8 x 8 baking dish, stir together Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until thoroughly mixed. Stir in melted butter.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir sugar and peaches until combined.
- Spoon the peach mixture over the cobbler crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes to one hour or until the crust is a golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream if desired.
