- In a saucepan, melt the crunchy peanut butter, honey, and salt together over low heat. Stir until the mixture is melted and well combined. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal, ensuring it’s well coated with the peanut butter mixture.
- Evenly distribute the mixture into the muffin pan liners, pressing down firmly to create compact treats.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the vegan chocolate chips over low heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted. Remove from heat.
- Spoon the melted chocolate over each treat, distributing it smoothly and evenly.
- Allow the treats to cool and the chocolate to set, which takes about 1 hour.
- Once they are set, remove the treats from the muffin pan, and they are ready to enjoy!
