  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Peppers: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cut the peppers in half and remove seeds and membranes.
  2. Cook the Rice: Prepare the rice as desired (boil-in-bag is convenient).
