Ingredients:
- 1 20oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter, sliced into pats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9×9 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice), sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
