- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk BBQ sauce and ranch dressing in a large mixing bowl.
- Add cooked chicken, pasta, half the cheddar cheese, mozzarella, sausage, and corn. Toss to combine.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions.
Notes
Freeze the casserole before baking for an easy make-ahead meal. Avoid overcooking the pasta so it stays firm after baking. Add extra BBQ sauce for a deeper smoky flavor.
