Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing until well blended.
  3. Stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese and blue cheese, if using.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
  7. Enjoy with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

  • Rotisserie chicken makes this recipe faster and easier.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
