- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing until well blended.
- Stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese and blue cheese, if using.
- Spread mixture evenly into an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Enjoy with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
- Rotisserie chicken makes this recipe faster and easier.
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
