- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil. Add one extra egg for a chewier texture. Stir until smooth.
- Spray muffin pans generously with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then use a butter knife to gently release muffins.
