Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar or mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Heat melted butter in a skillet, cook garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add cooked chicken, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until warmed through.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and half the shredded cheese. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken to the creamy cheese mixture. Mix well.
  5. Spread filling onto tortillas, sprinkle remaining cheese, fold sides, and roll tightly.
  6. Place wraps in a hot skillet, cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle parsley on top, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Perfect for lunch, dinner, or party snacks. For a healthier twist, use whole wheat or spinach tortillas. Serve with dips like ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli.
