Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • mixing bowl
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, stir together diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until evenly coated.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between clusters. Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip frozen clusters into melted chocolate, return to the baking sheet, and allow chocolate to harden before serving.

Notes

  • Work in batches for easier chocolate coating.
  • Use a deep bowl for dipping to fully coat clusters.
  • Parchment paper prevents sticking and makes cleanup easy.
  • Variations include switching fruits, chocolate types, or yogurt flavors.
