- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine sugar cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla, sour cream, heavy cream, and almond extract until combined.
- Pour filling over the crust.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes, until center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off oven and cool cheesecake inside with door cracked open for 1 hour.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Decorate with red and green sprinkles before serving.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for the smoothest texture. Chill the cheesecake overnight for the best flavor and structure. Add sprinkles just before serving to keep colors vibrant.
