- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the butter in a 6×9-inch baking pan and allow it to melt while the oven heats.
- Cut the canned biscuits into quarters using a knife or kitchen scissors.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl or resealable bag. Toss biscuit pieces until evenly coated.
- Remove the pan from the oven and arrange the coated biscuit pieces evenly in the melted butter. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and drizzleable.
- Drizzle icing over the warm biscuit bites and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar mixture. Adjust icing thickness by adding more milk for a drizzle or less for a thicker glaze. These biscuit bites are best served fresh for optimal softness.
