Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (turkey bacon if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Stir in cooked chicken and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Leftover rotisserie chicken works perfectly in this recipe.
  • Adjust the ranch seasoning based on your salt preference.
  • Add extra bacon or cheese for a richer flavor.
