- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In one bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo) with ranch seasoning. In a second bowl, combine cheddar, Parmesan, crushed crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, then press into the cheese and cracker mixture until coated.
- Arrange tenders on the baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking oil. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Freshly shredded cheese melts best. Avoid overcoating to keep the crust crispy. Customize with extra spices or herbs to your liking.
