Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the cream cheese and chicken broth, stirring until the cream cheese melts and forms a smooth sauce.
Add the gnocchi and spinach to the skillet, stirring to coat evenly. Cover and let simmer for 5–7 minutes, until the gnocchi are tender and the spinach is wilted.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crispy bacon bits until melted and well combined.
Spoon into bowls, garnish with extra cheese or bacon if desired, and serve hot.
