Creamy Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
  

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 block (16 oz) Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 can (10 oz) mild Rotel, undrained
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 12 oz spaghetti noodles
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, Italian seasoning (to taste)

Method
 

  1. Place shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, Velveeta, Rotel, chicken broth, butter, and green onions into your crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  3. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti noodles in a large pot according to package directions. Drain well.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the crockpot and stir until fully coated with the creamy sauce.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to taste.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy this rich, comforting meal.
