- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread into baking dish.
- Combine stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth. Let sit 2–3 minutes.
- Spread stuffing evenly over the chicken layer.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Add a splash of broth before baking if you like a softer stuffing layer. Swap cream of mushroom soup for a different flavor twist. Serve with green beans, a fresh salad, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
