Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • spoon or spatula
  • Baking sheet or air fryer basket
  • parchment paper
  • Pastry brush
  • Knife or dough cutter

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut into equal 3-inch squares. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
  3. Fold the dough edges over the filling, pinch tightly to seal, and gently roll into smooth balls.
  4. Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash or melted butter, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
Air Frying: Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Arrange bombs in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Serve warm with ranch, blue cheese dressing, or celery sticks.

Notes

  • Adjust buffalo sauce quantity to control heat
  • Always seal dough tightly to avoid leaks
  • Best served fresh for optimal texture
