Ingredients
  

  • 1 broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, sugar, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat evenly. If using shredded cheese, mix it in at this stage.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish with extra cheese, bacon bits, or nuts if desired. Serve cold and enjoy.
