  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter)
  • ½ cup softened cream cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
  2. Add peanut butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly.
  4. Scoop and shape mixture into balls or logs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream if desired.
