- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake crust 10–15 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
- In a saucepan, whisk sugar, cornstarch, and water. Bring to boil, stir until thick and translucent (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and whisk in strawberry jelly. Cool to room temperature.
- Arrange sliced strawberries in cooled crust. Pour glaze evenly over berries.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight for best results).
- Slice, top with whipped cream, and savor!
Notes
For a glossy finish, brush extra jelly over strawberries after glazing. Double the recipe for a deep-dish pie. Garnish with mint leaves for a pop of color.
