Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir just until combined.

  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are set and centers remain soft.
  8. Remove from oven and let cookies cool slightly on the pan.
