- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Place diced potatoes in the baking dish and pour the chicken and sauce over them. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Let rest briefly, then garnish as desired and serve.
Notes
