Ingredients
  

  • 4 plain mini bagels, halved
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese (cut into ghost shapes)
  • 4 black olives, sliced into small rounds for eyes
  • optional: pepperoni, diced veggies, or fresh basil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place bagel halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  3. Spread about one tablespoon of pizza sauce or marinara over each bagel half.
  4. Cut mozzarella slices into ghost shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
  5. Place one ghost-shaped cheese slice over each sauced bagel and add two small olive rounds for eyes.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, toast the bagels before adding sauce.
  • To make them more festive, sprinkle chopped basil or parsley after baking.
