- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
 - In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, coconut oil (or butter), maple syrup (or honey), eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold gently until just combined.
 - Stir in the chocolate chips evenly.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Top with extra chocolate chips.
 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly soft.
 - Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
