Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and place them evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, covering completely.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2 minutes of baking.
  • Double the topping mixture if you want an even richer coating.
  • Leftovers make a great protein for wraps, sandwiches, or salads.
