Pat chicken breasts dry and place them evenly in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, covering completely.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
