Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse chicken wings and pat completely dry. Place wings in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk pineapple juice, brown sugar, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, soy sauce, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour marinade over wings and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a greased wire rack on top. Arrange wings in a single layer. Bake for 25–30 minutes, brushing lightly with marinade halfway through.
Broil wings for 3–5 minutes for extra crispiness if desired. Remove from oven, rest briefly, and serve warm.
