Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
In another bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Stir until fully mixed.
Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken and sauce.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
For a crispier topping, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking.
Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
