Ingredients
  

  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 15 oz diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp bouillon powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt, to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
  2. Push beef to one side and cook onions and garlic on the other until soft and fragrant.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, bouillon, cumin, cayenne, smoked paprika, and salt. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Add chopped cabbage, stir to combine, cover, and cook 10–15 minutes until tender.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot as a main dish or with your favorite sides.

Notes
