- Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in chopped strawberries and strawberry jam.
- Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
- Roll dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle.
- Spread cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
- Spread strawberry cheesecake filling evenly on top.
- Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Beat glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.
Notes
