Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 24 oz fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained

Method
 

  1. Combine strawberry Jell-O and hot water in a large bowl and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and refrigerate for 30 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Whisk in instant vanilla pudding until smooth. Chill another 30 minutes.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  5. Add sliced strawberries, drained pineapple, and marshmallows. Fold gently.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Serve chilled in bowls or on a platter.

  • Ensure fruits are well drained to prevent excess liquid.
