Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
- Spread half of the cracker mixture in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the cracker layer.
- In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
- Top with the remaining cracker mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
